This polish comes with a touching story! Haha. When I was in Hong Kong, I tried out this Dior polish at the DFS but it was out of stock. I asked for the name, and the salesperson told me it "had no name" -.- So I was quite disappointed but got over it!
THEN, my sister was at Isetan recently and found the "unnamed" Dior polish - NIRVANA! She immediately bought it for me because she remembered I liked it. :') So touched! I almost wanted to return it because Dior polishes are just toooooo expensive here. $37 when I can get it for much cheaper at DFS or in Malaysia!! Plus my sister is younger than me and she hasn't started working or anything. But I decided to keep it in the end cuz there's a nice story behind it! (:
Dior Nirvana is a dusty green polish, similar to China Glaze Exotic Encounters! I think the CG is greener though. Ok I might just be kidding myself they look almost the same... Except this is Dior and has some sentimental value :P
The brush for Dior is nice and flat, very easy to paint! And it isn't too wide like the Etude House brushes, and varying the pressure on the curved edges helps you make clean lines along the side. It's different from usual brushes but once you get used to it it's really awesome!
Hope you liked this! What polish in your collection holds sentimental value to you? Is it the first bottle that got you started? Or one that also has a story behind it? Would love to hear your comments below! (:
